Sand Dollar Realty's guest rating in Massachusetts of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “The cottage is so sweet and very Cape Cod...exactly what we wanted. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are descent size for a short stay. We were disappointed though that there were no reading lamps by the beds and the living room did not have a coffee table. The outside shower is a little rough but the weather was perfect for it and there was plenty of hot water. The area is lovely and so close to the beach for walking and swimming. I would suggest water shoes as it is quite rocky. There is no shortage of restaurants and shopping in the area. Lots of good bakeries too..and coffee! All in all it was a wonderful stay and the perfect Cape Cod getaway.”
