The furnishings are comfortable and charming and we loved our evenings on the deck, relaxing after a day exploring the cape or on the beach. Highly recommend!”

“Location, location, location!! The cottage itself is as described. If you are the type of person that wants new/updated, this isn’t for you. If you are looking for a place on the beach that is clean, classic, and nostalgic cape cod, you’ll love it. We booked very last minute for a week in August. It was a very hot week (in the 90’s) and although no A/C, lots of fans and windows made us comfortable at night to sleep and we even needed a blanket so don’t let lack of A/C scare you off. We loved having the windows open. We would stay again. Everyone loved the outdoor shower and patio. Lots of things to do in the area. We brought pantry items and stuff to eat for the first night and then shopped at local grocery to stock up for the week. We brought fishing gear, kayaks, paddle board and enjoyed it all right outside our door. If you don’t have your own, many places to rent gear. Great location for cape cod league baseball games, and day trips to other towns should you wish to do so!”

“We had a great stay at this lovely house on a quiet waterway in Falmouth. The house was really nice with a well-stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, beach chairs and umbrellas, a grill, and a fire pit. It was conveniently located for daytime activities - less than a 15 minute drive to the beaches, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and to downtown Falmouth - and still felt like a peaceful escape. We particularly enjoyed grilling dinner and then making s'mores out back as the sun set. We wish we could have stayed longer!”

“No book with instructions was left for us so we missed putting out the trash, the main shower had no water, the property was not on the lake and made it difficult as we had a handicap individual with us, the first mention of the grill did not mention it was charcoal so we weren't prepared. The house itself was very nice and well stocked.”

“The listing advertised an electric vehicle charger, but there was no charging cable. I rented an EV specifically because I expected to charge it at the house, so I ended up spending significantly more on public charging and wasting vacation time waiting for the car to charge. There was also confusion at checkout. I was told checkout was 11:00 a.m., but the cleaning crew arrived at 10:24 a.m. expecting to clean. This was especially frustrating because the checkout instructions required extensive cleaning, including washing towels, stripping beds, moving linens to the laundry, vacuuming, and other chores. The private pool was excellent, and the grilling area with the fire pit was a highlight. Beach access was convenient, and there was a convenience store within walking distance. Construction next door was loud throughout most of the week. Overall, the house offered good value with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a great location near the beach. It's ideal for couples - not many bars”
