“Pros: Beautiful location, great setup for large group Cons: Foundation sinking and unsafe - all floors tilted, doors don't fit, sizeable amt of sand coating all exterior surfaces and furniture upon arrival - never cleaned, all interior floors sandy, broken bed on first night of use, broken keurig, broken wi-fi that we were expected to reprogram, host asked us to troubleshoot everything without any regard for personal time, never offered any compensation. We don't mind paying for location but expect a safe and clean environment with working amenities. Would not recommend or return.”

“The location can’t be beat being right on the water. The balcony from the master bedroom was the most used and the best part of the place. We sat on that with my pup and watched the waves all day. Highly recommend.”
