This place is kind of confusing as it is in the Gabriel's guesthouse complex but is one of two units not managed by Gabriel's. One problem after another; save yourself the trouble and just book Gabriel's directly if you want that location. At check-in the key was missing and it took 45 minutes of back and forth with the corporate entity managing this unit, Airbnb, and eventually a local person on the phone to be able to get into the unit. TV was unusable, which I reported but it was never addressed. Very motel polyester vibes (bedding is not white as in the photos, it's bright orange, with some stains) and the shower could use a deep clean. Mattress sleeps VERY hot and the sheets are too big so you get tangled up. The bidet and the location are five stars; everything else is 1-2 stars. Def not worth $350+ per night even in Provincetown.

The place is very pricey, but it is a good location. The apartment is very modern and clean, but there is nothing extra inside (not even an espresso pod for the coffee machine). The skylights make it pretty impossible to sleep in, but they could be considered a beautiful element if you’re an early riser. I asked for a one hour delay for check out and was denied—which seemed kinda crazy considering how expensive the place was. But pluses: location, location, location.

If location is your top priority way above anything else, there’s no better place. The backyard was incredibly cute, and it was situated in the best possible location. It’s a bare bones space, feels like it’s from a property company. White comforter clearly not been bleached, and there was a black stain. Bathroom was insanely small. Door was broken and required a lot of effort to get inside. It’s not a bad place to stay, but it was expensive for what it was.

Great place and location. Some of the amenities in the basement storage were not usable or well maintained - but the actual condo was great!

Do not stay here. Hosts and unit are terrible. The AC was broken our entire stay during peak summer heat. The temperature inside the unit was ~80 deg at check-in. We notified their team within an hour of check-in, and despite them saying they would send someone the next morning, they never fixed it in our entire week long stay. The unit also lost hot water for 3 days. We again notified their team who did nothing. Every time you have an issue, they will say we are “escalating this to our local team” only for the issue to never get solved. When we asked to get in contact with someone for compensation, they said there is no one you can contact but “we will escalate this to our compensation team.” For how much this place costs, the quality is completely terrible. The place itself is tiny and dated. When we checked in all cookware and dishes were filthy. The pots and pans were stuck together by some sticky goop that took multiple rounds of cleaning to fix. Bedding had weird brown stains???
