Great location, getting in was a little confusing for unit C door is in side alley not the back.

Great stay. Perfect location in the centre of Provincetown, walking distance from everywhere.

The place was dated and furniture is old. I tried cancelling due to a storm but was sent back and forth by their customer service. Be aware that you aren’t given any extra towels and are asked to provide your own. The pans were very low quality as well. The views were great and for the location its perfect for people who want to explore provincetown. I was not impressed with vuestay AI chatbots and customer service. The only good thing is that the employee that stays on site is extremely kind, helpful and understanding.

As an AirBnb host myself, I found there were some things lacking about the management of this property. I would not stay at a Casago or VueStay managed location ever again, nor would I hire them to manage my property. The place is in a good location, but the house needs some work done to it. The main thing lacking was some sort of guide that explains everything about the house. There were 8 remote controls on the living room table and nothing to describe or help understand what they were. The front door lock is a nightmare (the code to get in, the key to manually lock it). It was clean, which is important, but it's very dated and needs work. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but it was on the verge of it. Again, I don't want to be too harsh, because these reviews mean a lot to hosts, so I don't want to be unfair, but for the price we paid, I expected a better, seamless and enjoyable experience.
