“Gray Gables is a beautiful, historic house with treasures inside and out. The driveway is easy to miss because it's grass with gravel underneath. The property has gigantic old growth trees. You access the lockbox and house by the side door. On the right is a small sitting room and library. They have beautiful antique books along with modern ones. The primary bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, perfect for the home chef. It has a beautiful nonworking fireplace and old gun cabinet. There's a dining room and a large living room. The steps are very steep to the upstairs, adding to the charm. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one bring a larger one with its own bathroom. Make sure to explore the trails behind the house and enjoy the beautiful ponds. Overall, this was a very lovely stay and highly recommended.”

“We loved staying at this rental and would gladly return. It was clean, had a well-equipped and spacious kitchen, Apple tv, reliable internet, nice linens/towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a new-looking washer and dryer and more. The location was quiet and a five-minute walk to beautiful Nauset Beach, which is pretty quiet this time of year. Bike riding in the area and walks in conserved/town land were wonderful and very uncrowded in mid-September. My only suggestion is to change the description of the outside shower, which is described as "not fully private". There are no walls other than the exterior house wall the shower is attached to.”

“Spacious, well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Loved the fenced in backyard (we brought our dog), location within walking distance of restaurants, stores, boutiques. 5 mins drive to beach. Would definitely rent again. Was perfect for 5 adults, an infant, and a standard poodle.”
