Vacasa in Orleans, Massachusetts

“This house suited our needs to a tee! My daughter and her husband took the ground floor master with their children (ages 3 and 4) two doors away in the twin-bedded room; we took the upstairs master and our son had the upstairs twin-bedded room. Everyone was very comfortable. The house is much roomier than it appears in the photo. The A/C is excellent—very important for me. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were toys, games, books, and a swing set for our grandchildren. It’s a five-minute walk to a Pilgrim lake with its sandy beach. Close to everything in Orleans! We’ll come again!”

“We had an enjoyable stay with comfortable beds and sufficient amenities in a clean, safe place. We were there only 2 nights and had rain all day the first day so we did not get to appreciate the large deck, yard, and grill. We were granted a late checkout as the unit was not rented on our last day there. Communication was good.”

“Great location, house was clean and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. Host reached out often and was responsive. Landscaping was done around the house at 7 am on Saturday which was not ideal but was the only complaint from our group for the weekend who otherwise all greatly enjoyed the trip and the house. Thank you!”

“After a brief snafu getting into the home (we got the wrong access code) and trying to contact the host in an area with almost no cell service, we very much enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and had plenty of dishes, bedding, and everything else we might need. The best part was the short walk down to Nauset Beach. It's a quick drive into Orleans for restaurants and shopping. Earlier reviewers complained about the wifi, but the hosts have obviously addressed this issue because we had excellent wifi--a blessing because we could use wifi calling. We arrived after dark and had some trouble finding the place. There is a house number, but good luck spotting it. The two-car parking spot is immediately on the right after you pass the tool booth warning sign. As Cape Cod rentals go, this place is reasonably priced and a very comfortable place to stay.”
