“This was our third time staying here so we like it a lot. We really like the living space and that the photos continue to match the description/listing. Unfortunately, the bed closest to the bathroom is in desperate need of replacing. It is super uncomfortable. Also we noticed the addition of new pillows, but they are hard as rocks and it would be great to have a variety. Lastly, we recommend to other guests that you come with additional toilet paper and paper towels because you are typically given only one roll. Regardless, this place has met our needs and we try to come back each year.”

“We had a lovely stay - this home is beautiful and the location is fantastic. We had a few communication hiccups with the rental agency, and it was a bit confusing to have to use their own website to check in and out rather than Airbnb. House was very clean but had a few minor flaws that I’ll communicate to the agency - they should be easily fixable! If you’re looking for a prime location and great space for cooking and hanging out as a group, definitely don’t hesitate to book!”

“It was our second time staying at this place and our fifth time overall visiting Plum Island. We were a little disappointed at first that the umbrella outside was missing, but the host quickly responded and was able to bring the umbrella the following day. We will say that the mattress in the primary bedroom near the bathroom really needs to be replaced! It is way too soft and sags. Also keep in mind that the host only provides one extra roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels so plan accordingly. Overall, we love the location, the decor, and the dog friendliness of the place. We would definitely recommend as long as the host continues to be responsive and perhaps increases the amenities!”

“Very clean, well laid out, kitchen is well appointed and all linens are bright white, fresh and clean. We loved the deck off the master, nice and safe for our dog.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for 3 of us. There were very clear instructions and management was responsive to our request for beach chairs to be at the house. The kitchen had a great set-up and it all felt very clean and cared for. We enjoyed eating meals on the front deck where we could also watch the beautiful sunset. The air conditioning also worked very well. The house is easily walkable to the beach. This was our 4th trip to Plum Island so we are very familiar with the activities - biking, walking the island, going to the beach, going to Newburyport where there are nice shops and excellent restaurants and just relaxing. The community is very friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect home for us for the 5 days and we would definitely come back again.”
