“House as described in the listing. We were in town for a family event and did not spend much time in the house. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, clean towels, comfy beds. Large W/D was nice to have. We did not cook so I can’t comment on the kitchen (beyond storing drinks and ice cream). However, this is a Vacasa managed rental, so some slim amenities and use of AI customer service. The local manager was attentive but only when messages pass through the bot. When someone used a hair dryer, the circuits blew and we couldn’t figure out which breaker w/o shutting off the WiFi multiple times so we messaged for help. After almost 24 hrs, no fix - but I think it was a miscommunication to the manager from the bot. I re-messaged and the bot asked if it was really a problem to not have power in a bath & bedroom. So just set your expectation to word requests to get a human to call. Again, the local manager seemed great but it was a corporate hassle to connect. Overall, good place for the price.”

“The pictures are deceiving the furniture needs to be upgraded in the dinning area and screened in porch . We pulled in to park and there were beer bottle caps I. The ground around 6 or 7 it needs to upgrade outside too I strongly didn’t feel it was worth over 1,200 for 2 nights”

“Overall a very solid place to stay. The house is clean and gorgeous and outfitted with more amenities than I could count on my fingers and toes. We spent the majority of our time in the pool and hot tub, and there was plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 zoomie toddlers. It’s located on a quiet street in a new development where all the houses look the same. Mashpee itself doesn’t have a lot going on, so you have to drive at least the 20-30 minutes to Sandwich to really get that Cape feel, but that wasn’t a huge deal. There are weird little quirks like needing to email someone to get the waterfalls in the pool turned on, and the playground area is about to fall over. Additionally, this place is managed by a company, and when we messaged for details ahead of time they had absolutely no knowledge of the property and sent us a generic message instead. Overall, we had a good stay, just some little quirks to look out for!”
