“Beautiful neighborhood. The outdoor area was amazing!! Great screened in porch where we enjoyed coffee each morning. I would suggest a coffee pot for a house that sleeps this many guests (over just a Keurig). We did have a few issues including no washcloths. We did request some and what arrived was a few kitchen towels, not washcloths. The two bigger issues were the musty smell in the basement rooms and there was a bedroom on the upper floor with a gaping hole to the outside. There were no blinds or curtains in that room either. Those two drawbacks need to be addressed before other guests stay at the house. Otherwise, it was a beautiful location and quaint area.”

“Great location. Wonderful home. We were there for a wedding at The Club at New Seabury and we were able to have ourselves, three daughters and son in laws. Worked out great.”

“House is beautifully decorated wonderful layout with lots of open spaces for entertaining and big families bedrooms and baths on three floors gives everyone plenty of private space but fryer door handle missing door handle to sun porch broken, front screen door rusted and siding on either side of door needs painting leaves bad first impression also porch railings so dirty didn’t want to put towels out to dry on it. Parking very limited you should gravel over some of that mulch to provide more parking people were always getting blocked in.”

“Great location, perfect for a few days with friends! Loved how we were walking distance to the beach and marketplace. Only complaint would be a lack of towels, there was exactly one bath towel per guest but no hand towels in either bathroom or the kitchen which was a bit inconvenient.”
