“This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults, 2 kids and a baby. Although the pool wasn’t working and made some awful noises during our stay, the home itself was wonderful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was nice and large enough to cook for a big family. The location to the Mashpee beaches (5 min drive) and to the Popponesset Marketplace (10 min drive) were spectacular! Del Mar did a good job fixing our issues but only after our stay.”

“Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Issues with listed amenities and cleanliness led to early check out. Property managers communicated well, but inability to resolve the issues ultimately let to poor review. 2 weeks to settle up on major issues is unacceptable. Hopefully other renters will have a better experience. Side note - It's hard to tell in the posted pictures, but the kitchen is a painted plywood floor. This along with the fact that there are no permanent cabinets in the kitchen would indicate that this home was flooded and never properly repaired. Otherwise this is a very nice home.”

“The house is in a very walkable, quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids loved the foosball table in the basement. The house is a good size and plenty of room to spread out. Definitely recommend the house.”

“Great house for a big group of 8. We barely left the house during our long weekend stay. We spent a majority of our time in the backyard enjoying the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Great for big groups with plenty of kitchen and dining space, as well as a large living area and finished basement. Description and photos were accurate, however the driveway is much larger than advertised. You can easily fit 6-7 mid size vehicles in the driveway. My only critical feedback is there were limited towels for everyone in our party and a few maintenance workers showed up unannounced for the pool and landscaping. Del Mar mentioned they were working on better communication for these services so I assume it will be improved for future guests!”
