“We enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen had everything we needed and supplied paper products and soaps. We had our morning coffee in the porch area and breakfast on the patio. We also appreciated that beach chairs were provided.”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing vacation rental experiences we’ve had. We travel frequently and have stayed in many vacation rentals, so we have a good basis for comparison. When we arrived, there was an overwhelming smell of chemical cleaner/air freshener throughout the house. We had to open the windows and doors to air the property out. What was particularly disappointing was that, despite the strong smell of cleaning products, there were still cobwebs in the lamps, dirty window sills, leaves and debris in the windows, and blankets simply piled into the closets rather than properly stored. There were also several maintenance and upkeep issues, including a torn sofa cover, a badly deteriorated outdoor awning, and an uneven walkway/path that was difficult and potentially unsafe to walk on.
