“Overall, place was just …adequate. While location was good we felt that the listing was deceiving. Third bedroom is not connected to house. Anyone staying there should not require nighttime bathroom or supervision. Limited who could stay there. Musty and will be very stuffy and hot once weather hits 75-80. No lights on stairs makes it dangerous. Not sure if it meets code as only one egress. Consensus: A beach umbrella at a Cape rental, more than one towel per guest. Or note in listing.”
