“My family and I had a lovely stay at this cottage. It is in a great location for exploring the Lower and Outer Cape. We loved the kayak, sitting on the deck, and how close we were to Jackknife Cove. It is an older house in need of some updating, but it is a great value for the money and area.”

“Bedroom layout worked well for our extended family, including 3 full baths. Great location near long pond, cape cod rail trail, and exploring towns across the cape. Easy driveway parking for three cars. Inside could use some maintenance - several towel bars were not attached well to wall, microwave was not working, and basement games were makeshift. Easy access for check in and check out. Outdoor fire pit is a nice perk. Kitchen, dining, living room worked well for connected family time.”

“Del Mar’s Harwich home was perfect for our family vacation. The location was awesome - beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The pool was a huge plus also. The house has an ample amount of bedrooms, which was great as we were able to fit all of our family under one roof! Upon arrival, all bedrooms were cleaned with fresh linens/towels. The bedrooms were as described. That being said, I do want to note a couple things that caused me to take off a star: - During our stay, there was work being done on the solar panels/roof for over 5-6 hrs.They did send me a text the night before notifying us. Typically this wouldn’t bother me, but it was loud while my baby was trying to sleep. - The dining room table was very big with plenty of chairs which was great, however most of the chairs were old and/or broken. - The outlets in both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms did not work. Overall, our family had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home to big families/friends vacationing!!”

“The house was in a great location and was overall a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by finding multiple cockroaches throughout the house, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.”
