“Great location great house!!”

“It was a great stay! Plenty of space and room for us! There was a trundle bed with 2 twins in the basement and a full bathroom, main floor was the kitchen and living room , second floor was 2 rooms each with queens and 1 room with another twin trundle bed and the attic top floor had a queen with a bathroom and a bathtub. It had a nice view of the ocean and walking distance from the fisherman’s memorial and had a nice pizza place on the corner of the street. Overall great place and definitely will book again!”

“Great place to stay for a wedding at Hammond Castle!”

“This is a great location and a clean, spacious apartment. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the second bedroom (the one without the attached bathroom). While the second bedroom was nice, there is a sliding glass door behind the curtains that opens into a winding metal staircase that goes directly into the parking lot below. The sliding door was unlocked when we arrived. While the lot below is technically private, it would be pretty easy to walk into it from the street. That said, the area is safe and pretty dead quiet at night, so generally speaking we did feel safe. But I’d definitely recommend putting in a “real” door with a deadbolt, or removing the staircase entirely.”

“Coffin and Wingaersheek Beach are some of the most beautiful places in the world that I’ve traveled to. This property has plenty of room for people to have their own space. I’m not sure if the price was based on the holiday weekend or the large size of the house, but it wasn’t inexpensive. However, I would do it again. That’s how beautiful the beach area is. It’s not very far to go into downtown Gloucester or Rockport for restaurants or grocery shopping. Instacart delivers as well. Just an FYI.”
