“This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed as a group in town for a wedding. Loved the large common space and lots of storage for luggage. However, one of the queen beds was awful - squeaky, uncomfortable, shaky. We got no sleep the whole time we were there. Would go a long way if they upgraded the bed frame and mattress!”

“I should have read the other one star review. The house is beautiful and the location and views are stunning but that is it. There is NO AC in the main house, downstairs and upstairs bedroom. Lack of air circulation and humidity flared my mother’s arthritis and my infant was sweating. Nobody was able to use downstairs because it was so musty from lack of air circulation. If traveling with younger kids, the tv is old and has no streaming services available to log into. The dishwasher was hard to use and there is no microwave. The property management company was as responsive as possible but the owner is aware and doesn’t care and will continue to charge obscene pricing for a shell of a house. Do not rent during summer because the house didn’t hit under 76 degrees the entire time we were there. I reached out for a partial refund 3 days ago and still haven’t received an answer. Not worth the money at all, you can find a better place for the price they charge.”

“This was a great and convenient location to an extent. The commuter rail passed by from 5am as late as midnight and that woke us up quite a few times during the week. We were aware of that, but definitely keep that in mind if you have kids!! The communication was lacking as I had asked about early check in due to having wedding rehearsals and didn’t receive a response regarding that or specifics on parking until a day later and couldn’t check in early as a result of that. Otherwise, the place was as expected and great for downtown access!”
