“Great location and building amenities! However, the apartment itself isn’t very comfortable. The couch sags in a few spots and the mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. It also needed maintenance a couple times during our stay. The host was responsive, but not everything was addressed before we left.”

“The apt is located in Chinatown, in the middle of the city, a lot of restaurants and easy way to get transported through subway and bus. The apt itself I think is a tad tinny and expensive honestly, I know it´s Boston where everything is overpriced but I would have expected something bigger for 6k. Besides that, haven´t got any other complains. Good communication with the host, safety zone and the apt has got everything you need for long stayings as was mine.”

“The management company for this Airbnb were extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. When we checked in we noticed that the suite smelled like cigarettes and there was hair covering every surface including the bedding. I reached out them three times and each time they said they were waiting for the inspector to check the suite. After that they said the suite was fine when it wasn’t. I ended up having to wipe down all the surfaces and get my own bedding in order to make it a comfortable place for my family to stay.”
