“Coffin and Wingaersheek Beach are some of the most beautiful places in the world that I’ve traveled to. This property has plenty of room for people to have their own space. I’m not sure if the price was based on the holiday weekend or the large size of the house, but it wasn’t inexpensive. However, I would do it again. That’s how beautiful the beach area is. It’s not very far to go into downtown Gloucester or Rockport for restaurants or grocery shopping. Instacart delivers as well. Just an FYI.”

“This house was perfect for my family. Quirky in all the right ways. We didn't cook meals but the kitchen did look amply stocked if we wanted to. Main bathroom is a little tight but it makes up for it with the incredible water pressure. Ventured out to Gloucester for a day, about a 10 minute drive, but the car stayed pretty well parked for the rest of our trip and we were able to walk to the beach and Bearskin Neck for adventures. As for the parking, yes, it was a little tight but we were able to park a 2025 Kia Sportage between the pergola area no problem. Area felt safe and we walked at all hours of the day / night. The only downsides I would say is that the outside needs to be spruced up as it is VERY overgrown, replace the screen door (we would have loved to have it open to let in a breeze), and possibly make the entrance code shorter. Nothing like having a door with no screen hit your backside as you're looking at your phone to enter the 10 digit code.”
