“This house felt like a real Cape Cod summer cottage, not an air b n b. Very quiet, private, comfortable, with vintage charm. The screened porch overlooking the water was such a wonderful place to have breakfast and coffee and just hang out in the morning or afternoon. All four bedrooms had comfortable beds. Kitchen really well equipped with high quality appliances. though no A/C might be an issue in hotter weather, for us the open windows were great. (And there are standing fans in every room.). The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do - beach, hike, eat out in Falmouth center, shop. We would rent it again.”

“I'll start with the pros. This house has a beautiful view of the bay year round from every room in the house. The house layout is great. The dock and water access was a highlight, plus we used all the kayaks and paddleboards for our group of 8. The cons included a noticeable mildew smell especially in the bedrooms and very small bathrooms. The bathrooms look renovated in the pictures but look like they were a diy job when you are in them. The grout is trying to cover mildew/mold. The outside looks like no one has taken a rake or leaf blower out in years. I did like the overgrown trees for privacy and Birds. The kitchen didn't have basics like disinfectant/towels, oil or bags. These basics go a long way and can be accessed by next tenants. The couch we wouldn't sit on. I don't mind the rustic decor but the smell made the house feel dirty and not rustic. For $700 per night, we were hoping for more cleanliness overall inside and out.”

“In general very clean house Very nice neighborhood The 4th bedroom is not really a bedroom, it is a living room There is only one bathroom, (2 WCs) it may be a challenge when the house is occupied with 4 or more people.”
