“Terrific place to stay. Lots of space, great bathrooms, flexible spaces. Cool inside with shade and mini split ACs, even when humid and hot outside. Love the water views. Good sized kitchen and love the convenience of laundry room/ 3rd full bath downstairs.”

“We had a great stay at this lovely house on a quiet waterway in Falmouth. The house was really nice with a well-stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, beach chairs and umbrellas, a grill, and a fire pit. It was conveniently located for daytime activities - less than a 15 minute drive to the beaches, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and to downtown Falmouth - and still felt like a peaceful escape. We particularly enjoyed grilling dinner and then making s'mores out back as the sun set. We wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Location situated close to northern beaches but only 20 min from downtown and other beaches. Home is quit large and a small issue on back deck was quickly resolved. Thank you for a terrific family week”
