“We loved our stay and would happily come again! Beautiful house, fantastic views especially from rooftop deck, easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. We were able to use the room with the futon easily as a fourth bedroom.”

“We just got home from a fantastic Falmouth vacation. Our Airbnb was clean, beautiful, and managed very well. There were a few things that missed the bar for us that I will need to be more aware of when choosing a location for next year. There are no blinds in the house, only sheer see-through curtains. This was difficult for grown-ups kids and babies to sleep well. The refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen was not a regular full-size and it took a lot of configuring to get food for the week to even fit in the fridge at all. The beds were all hard and uncomfortable. Overall, these were things that we were able to deal with, but would not choose to rent again.”

“It was a great stay! The showers had amazing water pressure. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great for a family! Host was very responsive to an issue we had, which I appreciate.”

“The house was as pictured in the photos and the location is amazing. However, it is right in front of a forest and unfortunately we experienced a lot of ants, mosquitoes, and even a cockroach in the house. Unlike other AirBnBs we've stayed at, this one has very minimal setup such as only providing small, travel-sized shampoo / conditioner, no coffee/tea bags, no extra comforters, no beach towels or beach accessories, etc. For a short stay it would be ok but for longer stays in the summer, it would be nice if more could be provided. Overall rated a 3/5 because the bare essentials were there, but smaller touches could be done (especially bug spraying) to make it a great experience!”
