Evonify Stays in Massachusetts

“Place was easy to find, very clean and quiet. Fairly close to popular places to visit. Easy to get in and apartment common areas were also clean. Beds were comfortable but the seating areas were not ideal to hang out or eat in. Air conditioning was broken during our stay. Although Evonify was responsive to my messages, they lacked followthrough on promised updates and maintenance requests. No one ever came to fix it during our 3-night stay. It was a hot. I have paid more for less on Airbnb.”

“What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. This apartment was very spacious and had everything you need for your stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with a few shops & restaurants nearby. It’s also only a 15min drive into Boston.”

“Great location and very responsive, courteous team. Union square is right around the corner and location is overall centrally located to Cambridge and Downtown. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean apartment!”

“This simple two bedroom on the edge of Chinatown was definitely a nice place to stay even though it is clearly dated. The location and price were awesome! It was a little hard to get into the building because there were like 3 separate keypads and the right one wasn't described and hard to find. I also don't like that this company uses Airbnb's API. they force you to do a deposit and check in/out on their website (as opposed to the Airbnb app). it all felt a little sketchy but everything was disclosed in the description of the place and worked out.”
