“The apartment is as pictured and easy to find. The host was very easy to communicate with. I docked a star as I feel a 5pm check in time is out of the norm and a bit late. They do offer an earlier check in but with a fee. The apartment was clean and I had more than enough towels and extra blankets and pillows. There was a faint cigarette smell in the apartment but that could’ve been from a prior guest or a neighboring apartment. I brought the smell to the hosts attention and they responded immediately. Overall I enjoyed my stay and felt safe and comfortable.”

“"The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and check-in went smoothly. But I want to be honest about a few things. The building sits by an industrial area, and truck horns woke me up around 3:30 to 4 in the morning more than once. The unit had a noticeable smoke smell, and I don't smoke. My assigned parking spot, number 8, was never available the whole stay. I had to send photos several times before they finally said to park in any open spot. And there was trash piled up by the building's front door the entire stay, it never got cleaned. The hallways inside were just okay. Everything else was fine, but light sleepers and non-smokers should know before booking."”

“Things that were good: Nice location, Kitchen was clean, shower was great, spacious accommodation for two or three people. Things that could be better : 1. Carpets were very old and dirty both in the living room and bedroom, better off without it as flooring is clean and great. 2. Sofa, can’t use, it’s old, not comfortable and will get back-pain if you sit for long 3. Mattresses is so bad that you’ll sink in, I’m just over 100 lbs and I can’t imagine what it would be for other people. I couldn’t sleep well and my back was hurting as the mattress was bad, that quality of mattress is unacceptable. The two things where you come back to relax is the bed and sofa, both were disappointing. Hence the 2 star rating.”

“The apartment was lovely and clean. The location of the unit was facing a very loud street & construction - specifically the bedroom. I recommend earplugs.. otherwise it was great.”

“I didn’t end up going because they didn’t wanna accommodate with me very rude sent me to support and support sent me back to them it was just too much but it’s a cute spot”
