“We had a great stay overall! The house was very spacious, clean, and in an excellent location in Eastham. It was also very dog-friendly with a large yard, which was a huge plus for us. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we’ve seen in an Airbnb—it had everything you could possibly need for cooking, and there were plenty of extra blankets and other thoughtful amenities throughout the house. The beds were decent—not the most comfortable we’ve slept on, but certainly not bad enough to impact our stay. My only real criticism is the 9:00 AM checkout time. That is exceptionally early for a vacation rental and made for a rushed departure. A later checkout time would make the experience much more enjoyable and is really the only thing I would suggest changing, this why I took one star off. Other than the early checkout, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this Airbnb to others looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay on the Cape.”

“We stayed here for a week with a toddler and baby - the house was inviting and definitely newly renovated. It was a great base as we ventured down to Orleans and up to Truro. The beach was a short walk away - not even 5 minutes!”

“The location is great, but the house is managed by a big company which brings its own downsides. You won’t get more than one towel per person, we had to buy our own paper towel and toilet paper after a day or two. You need to order these if you need more. The house is smaller than the pictures and check in and check out are very late and early.”

“This cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was only minutes from the beach. However, on two occasions, landscapers showed up during our stay and blocked the driveway. And on another occasion, a woman arrived at 6am to clean the hot tub. Because check out is early (9am) it would have been great if maintenance could have been scheduled for after check out. Otherwise, everything was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay!”
