“We had a great time staying for the weekend at this property. The house was beautiful, homey, clean and felt fairly private. We enjoyed ending both nights of our stay with a fire in the outdoor fire-pit, which was nicely equipped with some cute Adirondack chairs. We overall had a great stay and I would recommend this house to friends and family. My only thing to note on the not-so-positive side was the hosts account got hacked through Airbnb and sent me a message to input my credit card info for the $500 security hold. That ended up being fraudulent and I was contacted by the host, also through Airbnb, after I had already followed the prompts. I had to spend time on the phone with my credit card company canceling and requesting a new card, and all of the downstream time to update all associated payment accounts. I say this just as a warning for future bookings, please be careful with messages for outside payments, even if they come from the host directly via Airbnb.”

“We loved the location of this rental home! It was private enough that we were afforded a relaxing and laid back stay. It was also extremely close to a bunch of beautiful walking trails and clean local beaches as well as plenty of all season restaurants. The home itself was spacious and had what we would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The floors were extremely creaky which made it hard moving around the house in the early morning hours when others were sleeping. But the biggest complaint would be that the master bed was extremely uncomfortable. Both my husband and I sunk into the respective body impressions on the different sides of the bed that were left from years of overuse. Neither of our nights there were comfortable or a full sleep. For this reason alone we couldn’t choose to stay here again. But if they replaced that master bed, I would highly recommend this home!”

“Every thing met our expectations. The reason my first rating was a 4 was because of the mattress in the master bedroom. If not for that this was the best place we’ve ever stayed on the Cape. We’ve visited about 75 times so far.”

“The house had very low end finishes...like a vinyl floor stapled down in kitchen, Formica counter tops peeling off, cheap quality furniture, NOT comfortable at all. Wood chairs outside falling apart. Beds were nice BUT that was it, all other furniture was not nice at all! Bi-fold closet doors broken, etc. VERY disappointed!”

“We have stayed at so many properties over the past few years and unfortunately, this was our least favorite. Positively, there was clear communication from property management, the space was mostly clean, and the location was fantastic with a really sweet beach at the end of the street. The views were 10/10! We would never stay at this property again due to a lot of issues that should have been communicated to the owners prior. The house is so musty and old smelling and overwhelming while you’re in the home. The laundry was “high efficient” and didn’t wash or dry our clothes, leaving a musty mess. Lastly, the checkout time is 9 am which we have never encountered in renting 50+ properties and renting our own home. We felt so frazzled and that we didn’t get a full stay. One other note: this property is managed by a large property manager and their branding all over the house and trash bins and additional forms to sign and constant emails is a lot. It feels so sterile and disliked.”
