“It was a great location and easy to get around. The patio was great for proximity to the beach and drinking coffee in the morning. Could have used more paper towels and laundry soap, not a great vacation”

“Second time staying here (family of 5 and a dog) in three years. Convenient open parking lot, a bit of a hike through interior corridors and an elevator to get to the upper floor condo. Modern and on the smallish side - no more than 4 or 5 guests. Lovely, private beach - no need to get a spot early or fight the crowds! Downsides since our last visit - only 4 flimsy beach towels & 1 beach chair for the 5 of us to share; & only 1 flat sheet (for the xtra bed in the bedroom, but not the sofa bed). There were stacks of beach chairs in the hallway, but apparently not for our unit. Complained on day 2 & they left me a message on night 3 with no resolution. Washer wasn't working so a service tech called to tell me how to find the electrical panel to reset the breaker. Rugs under the sofa and beds are fairly tattered & collect sand/dirt. Shower curtain is not secure & thin/budget paper towels/TP. TV still exclusively NetFlix - cable tv would be ideal to watch local news/broadcasting.”

“Clean, functional cottage with access to beach at end of the street. Nice patio with fire pit. Lock was problematic as it typically took 3-5 attempts to open when anyone attempted.”

“The cottage itself is cozy and charming. Unfortunately, our experience was badly let down by poor management and communication. We arrived at our scheduled check-in time to find cleaners had just arrived, delaying us two hours — a real problem since we'd booked specifically to get ready for a formal event that day. When we called for help, the person who answered was snarky and rude, and follow-up texts were handled by a chatbot that didn't grasp the situation, repeatedly responding as if everything was fine. On top of that, two large trash cans in the front yard were left overflowing and open, attracting animals overnight, and it took multiple requests before anyone removed the mess — we ended up cleaning up the yard ourselves the next morning. It's a shame, because the cottage has real potential. But between the check-in delay, unhelpful communication, and trash left to rot in the yard, we can't recommend it until management improves.”
