“The information on the room was a little inaccurate, it did not state that there was a full kitchen. Not a a disappointment, but we might have brought some more food to eat in. There were more rules regarding dogs once we got there that were not posted on the air bnb site, did not affect us, but was surprised that it was not posted a head of time. Hotels first time using air bnb, while the online host has been active the on site gm has no experience with it. She was confused as far as payment, but very willing to work with us. Not happy that pet deposit was not paid a head of time and needed to be paid in person. Air bnb makes it clear you are not supposed to be paying on site people, but this user had us pay deposit in person. I would have rather paid online with my other fees. Room was perfect location was clean and wonderful. Pool area was great! Nothing wrong with the hotel at all! Would come again, just issues with the air bnb site.”
