“This is an excellent rental for a large group or in our case our family of children their spouses and their children. The pool was an enjoyable place to hang around. With 2 kitchens; 2laundry rooms; 2 bbq grills there is plenty of room for the whole family. We enjoyed our stay with the 2 houses (attached but separate) so that the littles could stay in one house and the singles in the other house so not to disturb the littles during bedtime. Chris suggested we bring pool/beach towels and chairs (which we did) but there were plenty there at the house. Great location - there is a family friendly restaurant walkable to the home with good food and a very good bakery nearby We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook this home. Chris was extremely responsive.”

“We have been vacationing on the Cape for many years with our family and had another wonderful week this year at Happy Ours. The home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully maintained, and perfectly designed for families. The open-concept layout was warm, welcoming and beautifully decorated. The outdoor living spaces were also perfect for morning coffee and evening cook-outs. Everyone loved the pool! The house is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and the Sundae School. For our family, a trip to the Sundae School is an absolute must on vacation. This property strikes the perfect balance between comfort, relaxation, and entertainment. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway, and we hope to return next year.
