“My friend and I rented this beautiful home for our two families this Labor Day week, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with modern amenities. It was extremely comfortable for all 9 adults. The pool and yard were fantastic, with plenty of comfortable seating and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Chris was a terrific host! He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The location was also great. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, two great ice cream spots, and mini golf, and the beach was just a quick drive away. Everyone in our group commented that the photos really don’t do this house justice. It is even more spacious, comfortable, and beautiful than we anticipated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!”

She asked to give feedback. I really couldn’t think of anything except maybe having extra towels for the guest. That would be it!! We would definitely love to come back!”

“The house has everything for the perfect Cape Cod getaway. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants and a couple of beaches. It's also the perfect location to take the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard for the day. The hot tub was clean and it was great for unwinding at the end of the day. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, and ingredients for cooking.”

“Great location!! So much space for our family of 5. Bummer there was construction going on across the street from early AM to late in the day which also limited parking, but otherwise house was cozy and walk to the beach was nice!!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time at Goodspeed. The property and gardens were magestic and the house itself had so much charm. The hosts were gracious and accommodating, even offering to help dry and fold our clothing when the dryer acted up. Our daughter forgot a beloved item and they mailed it out to us within days. They ensured we were as comfortable as possible throughout our stay and after. We would highly recommend staying at Goodspeed House if you want a private stay on a lovely property in a beautiful home!”

“House was exactly as pictured - huge pool, excellent outdoor area, beautiful interior. We had two families staying there and the layout was prefect. Excellent location with easy access to Hyannis and Mashpee, and plenty of local gems in Osterville.”

“Over priced. Dated inside. Needs a major redo. Water pressure stunk. Too small for 4 adults and a child.. back yard unattractive.”

“This is an excellent rental for a large group or in our case our family of children their spouses and their children. The pool was an enjoyable place to hang around. With 2 kitchens; 2laundry rooms; 2 bbq grills there is plenty of room for the whole family. We enjoyed our stay with the 2 houses (attached but separate) so that the littles could stay in one house and the singles in the other house so not to disturb the littles during bedtime. Chris suggested we bring pool/beach towels and chairs (which we did) but there were plenty there at the house. Great location - there is a family friendly restaurant walkable to the home with good food and a very good bakery nearby We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook this home. Chris was extremely responsive.”
