“Adorable cottage by the sea”

“Lovely location right on the beach and perfect for kids. It's an older home and its ambiance matches its age; as long as you expect that you should expect a wonderful time. Very private with easy access to a private beach that's just perfect for kids considering all of the tide pools that show up at low tide. Close to Dennis and in the middle of Cape Cod it was easy to access many restaurants and activities with some driving. We had a wonderful time!”

“In general we enjoyed our stay, we unfortunately had an issue with the plumbing when we were there but that wasn’t the rental companies fault. They reacted quickly, communicated clearly and while it was an inconvenience I don’t think they could have done anything different. Walk to beach was easy and mostly quiet roads. House was clean, and well kept. It is a cottage. It’s adorable and fun but stairs are extremely steep, the ceilings are angled upstairs, etc. It has a certain old cape charm.”

“The house was great. Note that this rental is managed by a property management company which is fine but comes with some nuances, like needing to provide your own linens or renting them. We found out the day of that we could check into our house directly with a keypad instead of driving across town to pick up keys at the office, which was good news. The description says there are no paper products or soaps provided which is mostly true. They provided 2 small bars of soap, there was TP in all the bathrooms, there were bags for the trash, etc. I understand they can't guarantee that, just makes it hard to pre-shop for. House is a quick drive to Mayflower which was great.”

“House was better than we thought it would be, pictures did not do it justice. Plenty of small ways to make it feel like home. Outdoor shower is fantastic. Would have liked a bit more direction for the sunroom windows, little worried about letting rain in if left open.”
