“Okay, so this place is WILD. In a good way. It was the perfect place for our 13-person family to get together. There were plenty of beds, lots of common spaces for us to hang out, PLENTY of parking, and the game room was super fun. Our property manager was extremely responsive and helpful Just a couple of things to consider before you book. None of these are “bad” but just some things to consider if this place is for you. If anyone in your family has any sort of mobility issue, this is not the place for you. The floors are extremely uneven, there are steps to just navigate through the first floor and the stairs are EXTEMELY steep. Make sure to bring plenty of your own: paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies. They only left us with one paper towel roll. We asked for more, but declined. There are cooking utensils in the kitchen, but I was happy I brought some of my own to supplement. The bunk room and one king room are in a seperate house. All of the AC units were put away.”airbnb

“We had a pleasant stay in Cape Cod overall, but the general condition suggests it hasn’t been well cared for in a couple of years. The laundry detergent situation was also frustrating. After asking about pods, I got one explanation via the app, then received contradictory information via text. They eventually dropped some off, but the inconsistent communication made a simple request unnecessarily complicated. On checkout day, someone showed up at 8:15 AM to work on the AC without any notice, which was disruptive right before our 9 AM departure. With some attention to repairs and replacements, and a more customer-first, helpful approach, this could be a solid rental. As it stands, we’d look elsewhere next time.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, our stay fell well short of expectations for the price. The apartment was dirty when we arrived, with stains on glasses, sheets, and other items. Several things were also broken, including the closet door, nightstand lamp, door stopper, and shades. These issues were especially disappointing given the 9 AM checkout and 4 PM check-in. With 7 hours between guests, we expected the apartment to be in a much more move-in-ready condition. The property lacks basic beach essentials like towels and chairs. They can be rented from management for an additional fee that is roughly the same cost as buying them new, which is difficult to justify. The appliances work but are very old or inconveniently arranged. For example, the washer and dryer are located in a bedroom with no door. Given what we paid for one week, we expected newer and more updated amenities. Expect multiple texts from management every day, mostly marketing messages and redundant reminders, which became excessive.”airbnb

“This house fit our family for the week. Odd bedroom set up on the main floor, but it worked for us. Kitchen could use more utensils and prep/serving bowls. Game room was very useful for our group although hot 🥵. Room ACs kept the rooms cool. Other parts of the house were warm, the week we were there was a hot one. Overall I would recommend this property.”airbnb
