“Great stay! Just be aware that you have to have the thermostat at a certain temp and a couple other rules. Nice place, though.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and cozy, offering easy access to the bus. Although it was very noisy at times we felt comfortable inside the suite.”

“Space was perfectly fine for the price and was clean. The ceilings were low, but it's a basement apartment, so I suppose we should've expected that. But here's the main negative: the unit is managed by a company that sent us a book's worth of repetitive rules. It felt overbearing! I've used airbnb for 10 years, and I've never had an experience like this. Usually, airbnbs feel personal, with the hosts providing a human touchpoint--or at least not interfering with your stay. In this airbnb, we felt like we had an annoying corporate overseer that was trying to squeeze every ounce of profitability out of this unit. For example, one of the rules -- "Please set AC no lower than 20 degrees below the exterior temperature It is amazing how cool 80 degrees feels, when the outdoor temperature is 100.... We love our planet and encourage environmental sensitivitivity." Like c'mon- we know you're just trying to save on the bills. And that's fine. But don't treat us like idiots.”
