“We really enjoyed the airbnb. It was clean, and had plenty of space for four people. We really enjoyed having our own bathrooms and bedroom, and a shared living room. The address was a little confusing, but the host was responsive and helped us get to the correct location. After that, everything was easy to follow. I'd stay there again!”

“The hosts were very responsive and we could ask for help. The place was however quite dirty, dusty and had a weird smell overall. Chairs, in the dining area for example, were torn and so were the blinds in the apartment in general. Several plugs in the living space were not working. We were also told that an inspection would be conducted midway to our stay. This was not established prior to our arrival. Just a bit inconvenient especially since we had to leave the keys behind and then have to go through the complicated re-entry process again. The place is also advertised to be in Chelsea but is in fact in a different city. This is misleading and people end up on longer commutes. We are used to staying at very clean airbnbs and this was disappointing when it came to cleanliness and catering to the customer. I appreciate the accommodation but hosts could do better to cater to the customers to ensure an enjoyable stay in your city.”
