“Great location”

“The house was great - well stocked, super comfortable for a large group and just as described. Our only slight issues related to check-in/check-out. The housekeepers were still cleaning at the time of our check-in and the host was unable to accommodate early check-in/late check-out, which made naps challenging for my toddler. But otherwise wonderful stay!”

“The house met our expectations and provided ample space for our group. While it didn’t have any standout features, it was comfortable and functional. We did find the driveway a bit tricky, especially with a watchful neighbor keeping an eye on us. However, the main issue was the dampness and mustiness in the downstairs area where most of the bedrooms were located. We had to run a dehumidifier constantly, changing the water frequently. With two kids staying down there, I was worried about the air quality for them. The backyard is very beautiful in the porches, relaxing.”

“The place was roomy and great front porch for drinking coffee in the morning. Walkable to the beach was a big plus.”

“UNFORTUNLEY THIS PROPERTY NEEDS LOTS OF WORK AND UPDATING. THE FIXTURE IN THE KITCHEN DOES NOT WORK, ELECRTICIAL PROBLEM. HAD TO REPLACE BULBS IN HOUSE. CLOGGED SINK UPSTAIRS BATHROOM, ALL DISHES IN CABINET WERE PUT AWAY DIRTY. NO SUPPLIES ONLY 1/2 ROLL OF FOIL ,3/4 ROLL PAPER TOWEL FOR THE WEEK. FLOORS IN KITCHEN WERE DIRTY AND STICKY.NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RENTING THIS HOUSE IN THE FUTURE.”
