“Overall we would not stay here again. It’s in a cute neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The unit is fine - dated look and furnishings, but spacious and clean. And the host was very quick to respond to questions. The biggest issue we had is that it’s on a busy street and the master bedroom gets a lot of street noise. I bought ear plugs after the first night and it didn’t help. This might be ok if you’re used to living in a loud urban setting, but that’s not us. I also felt like the management company was looking to nickel and dime us with extra fees. Check in is 3pm. I asked if the unit would be ready at 2pm. The answer was yes, but there would be an extra fee. And the house instructions read like a menu of fines / fees that apply if you don’t do everything exactly as they want. The overall vibe with all the fees is not friendly or accommodating. Does the management company know they are in the hospitality business??”
