“As I mentioned, I don’t recommend this place at all. Not safe at all with mosquitoes and bugs. While the host ( Kama) was very responsive but she was of limited or no help. I had to check out of the hotel on the same day as my check in day ( initially booked for 4 nights ) due to these issues and still following up for refund and they are still investigating my case:-( and no confirmation yet. Even the air conditioner was emitting a strong and I pleasant odour which made the stay for me and my family impossible”

“Bats!! 🦇 We woke up to them flying inside. Management is mostly AI, as others have said. I wouldn’t stay here again or at any property managed by this company.”

“The location is easily 10/10. But the apartment is very small and wasn't really well stocked for a month stay. Everything they gave us was enough for maybe 2 weeks max. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods. It also didn't have a cutting board which we had to purchase as well as the knives were incredibly rusty. It could use a few upgraded kitchen items to make a month stay feel easier. They also wanted to show the apartment for potential renters while we were staying there. I appreciated the asked first but think it's quite odd considering we paid a ton to stay there and be comfortable and shouldn't have to also allow people to enter while we were there. We finally had to tell them to please wait to show it once we moved out. Appreciated they allowed both pets and again, the location could not be beat. They also said parking was available but then didn't have a spot so we had to find one via spot hero which wasn't bad but was half a mile away, which isn't ideal.”

“Our stay in Brookline as a group was wonderful; The place was spotless and everything was as asked for. Only two notes I’ll have is leave ac on for guests as when we got there it was 82 and very hot. And the other note is we had asked for a late check out months before but I think that was lost. And we couldn’t do such. Otherwise great value; great location and clean and tidy.”

“the apartment is clean well-equipped. not easy to carry suitcases upstairs so probably better for a shorter stay than ours. communication was very frustrating, while trying to find out more details before we booked and during our stay. for example, a maintenance person arrived without notice, while we taking morning showers, to fix the washing machine.”
