“O apartamento é muito bom, bem localizado com muito espaço e bem aconhegante. Muito próximo da Green Line que dá acesso aos principais pontos de Boston. Entretanto, tive um problema sério, antecipei minha saída e deliberadamente fui cobrado indevidamente no montante de 8,9k. O AIRBNB efetuou a cobrança no meu cartão de crédito sem qualquer autorização minha, alegando que a anfitriã alterou a data e a responsabilidade em tese seria dela. Com isso, fico preocupado com a fragilidade dos dados do meu cartão de crédito, pois fui cobrando em um valor exorbitante que jamais esteve presente no momento da reserva. Estou desde o dia 08/10 tentanto resolver a até hoje (14/10) não obtive uma resposta. Apenas fui cobrado e pelo visto esta ficando por isso mesmo. Portanto cuidado, hóspedes que cadastram seus dados na plataforma, pois é muito chato e frustrante sermos cobrados por algo indevido e não termos um feedback. Lamentável e descepcionante. Cuidado, é o que tenho a dizer.”

“This stay was fine. Loved the walkable neighborhood, adorable! Bed shoved oddly in btwn walls, some dust, a few unclear instructions. Overall, a positive stay.”

“Overall, good place to stay, especially for school/work. Very close walk to Longwood medical center. Grocery stores, parks, and running trails within walking distance as well. Unit was slightly smaller than expected, furniture was old but functional. There were a few insects, but otherwise clean. Has pots, pans, silverware, knives, dishwasher, toaster oven, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and basic cleaning supplies! Coin operated laundry in the basement, costs 1.75 per load, getting enough quarters was tricky sometimes! Nearby street has a lot of traffic so sometimes noisy at night. Host was very responsive about any issues; however, did have a maintenance issue and maintenance was slow to respond; I was not provided a direct maintenance number to call. Also requested extra blankets that I never recieved. Would stay here again, though maybe not for a whole month!”

“As I mentioned, I don’t recommend this place at all. Not safe at all with mosquitoes and bugs. While the host ( Kama) was very responsive but she was of limited or no help. I had to check out of the hotel on the same day as my check in day ( initially booked for 4 nights ) due to these issues and still following up for refund and they are still investigating my case:-( and no confirmation yet. Even the air conditioner was emitting a strong and I pleasant odour which made the stay for me and my family impossible”

“Bats!! 🦇 We woke up to them flying inside. Management is mostly AI, as others have said. I wouldn’t stay here again or at any property managed by this company.”
