Maverick Suites's guest rating in Brookline, Massachusetts of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We stayed during the graduation week. While every other place is either insanely expensive or super far from downtown, this place cannot be more perfect. Large room (larger than in pictures), clean bathroom, huge closet, very very lovely hallway and common area (they have boardgames but we didn't have the time to). Plenty of space in the 2 fully-equipped common kitchens! Such a steal at that pricing!”
