“Top perks were the location on a private beach lane, plenty of comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with hot water. It’s an older, sweetly kitschy, rambling home with everything you need to be comfortable. You can walk to JT’s, the bookstore, the convenience store… All in all, a nice find.”

“Outdated, cluttered, no instructions on where to find washer and dryer, which were hard to find in the workshop type room of the basement. Felt over all uncomfortable and left after one night.”

“The house itself was a great hub for our group of 8 on our first trip to Cape Cod. Picturesque location and the interior was very obviously someone's real home that they have loved and enjoyed for many years. My main hang up is the management company that is being used to organize the stay - they were unable to answer questions about the home and it frustratingly felt like I was communicating with either a computer or someone very far away that had a script of responses to choose from.”

“Lovely home, BUT.... First and foremost, the home is adorable and it's a nice quiet location with a 10-minute drive to just about anything. However, -No central AC as advertised in title -Wifi labeled incorrectly and largely unusable. Purchased a package from Xfinity. No cell service meant we relied on wi-fi. -Washer/Dryer in basement, which we didn't know because the basement door is in the back of the garage and you wouldn't know unless exploring the entire property -can't use Brewster beaches without a pass. There's mention of passes in the home, but not found. $35 for beach access next town over All of these problems wouldn't be an issue if there was a simple "welcome packet" featuring your standard check-in/check-out needs. We were blown away there wasn't one. Who is this home for? If you're doing a "stay-cation" style like we did, I don't recommend. If you venture out and spend most of your time away, then this is a great spot.”
