“This simple two bedroom on the edge of Chinatown was definitely a nice place to stay even though it is clearly dated. The location and price were awesome! It was a little hard to get into the building because there were like 3 separate keypads and the right one wasn't described and hard to find. I also don't like that this company uses Airbnb's API. they force you to do a deposit and check in/out on their website (as opposed to the Airbnb app). it all felt a little sketchy but everything was disclosed in the description of the place and worked out.”

“First, the location of your place is perfect. We loved how close everything was and the clear instruction of checking in and out / the quick responses. Also everything was clean from when we arrived. Here are the things that did not make this an enjoyable stay. 1. The leaking bathroom that seemed like no one came to check on. The bathroom is somewhat outdated which is not a huge deal but the hardware (shower head, water spout, toilet) need some standard maintenance such as reseating the toilet, re-caulking, and securing the shower head/faucet. 2. We completely understand the noise of the city (cars, voices, etc). However we were not made aware of intense construction work right outside our window. 3. The bedding/pillows provided were lackluster and very flat. 4. The AC unit worked well and we appreciated how cool it could get, but it also seems to need maintenance. It is very loud and woke us up in the middle of the night. 5. Front desk security was very unhelpful.”

“We booked a location that was near friends and without notification, we changed to a different place that was not convenient and had one fewer beds than listed. This was frustrating to say the least and led to unexpected transportation expenses. When we reached out with these concerns there was no apology nor offer for any reimbursement from owners. Airbnb offered a limited refund but just a fraction of the cost.”

“They won’t give me my money back they scam once you press book hit you with a a bunch in check in requirements such as back round checks the whole 9 just to stay for two days Ive been booking Airbnbs and never ran into this issue and the crazy part Is that I didn’t even stay they took my money after I didn’t stay or even attempt to go there”

“Very scary place, with homeless people on the street. It is inside a comercial building and it was not clear before.”
