“The pictures did not match the reservation at all . The response time is minimum 2days sometimes more . The cuttlery and crockery were in shocking condition which they after a few days replaced .Most lightbulbs did not work .Asked for linen and duve for sleeper couch and never received the duve but only received a small thin blanket .I have nerves experienced anything like this .Ignoring messages and refusing to answer some questions. I feel the checkout process is inadequate and all this could have been prevented if communication was better .Very disappointing to work with people who are unhappy to help .Ingrid”

“The location was excellent and very convenient. We stayed for an extended period with our baby and overall had a good experience. There were a few small items left behind from previous guests (such as a hair tie), so cleanliness could be improved slightly. We also noticed a weed smell coming from the ventilation at times, which was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower cabin had a shower head but no hose attached — future guests may want to be aware of this detail. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.”
