“Darryl was an extremely responsive host and always very helpful. The space was clean and was like a little home away from home. There was a ton of things to do in walking distance and Darryl suggested a couple of places to walk with my pup. Others had talked about hearing the train but honestly barely noticed this unless the sliding door for the balcony was open. Everything with the apartment were clean and tidy. I would stay again if in the area by myself or with a friend.”

“Darryl's condo was exactly as pictured. The starter basket he supplied was very generous and thoughtful. The condo itself was very clean & very quiet. Darryl was very quick to respond and provided a nice dinner recommendation. The location was perfect, and having free off-street parking was a huge added bonus!”

“My visit was in mid-May for 8 days. The pictures of the apartment were exactly as displayed. I really loved all the colors in decorating. The kitchen was well stocked. Darryl was proactive in anticipating lodger's needs through a variety of snacks and coffee options. The bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of linens, towels, etc. were available. I come to Beverly once a year, and if this apartment is available with next year's dates, I would love to stay here again. Please consider staying at this fabulous apartment. It's worth the money.”
