“This vacation home in Beverly Mass was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have hoped for. Immaculately clean, comfortable, views were heavenly being right on Crane River. Fenced in yard for dogs was great to have and loved using the kayaks right out the gate of the fenced in yard as in your own personal boat slip of sorts. Felt private as it is a very pleasant and peaceful area even at the heighth of the season for MA coastal areas. Cute local beaches and restaurants. Not sure what more we could have asked for that wasn’t already provided or all around us. Cranes and Herons every morning walking around the banks of the river like it was unreal. Very generous and communicative hosts. This listing was not in my typical budget for getaways but well worth the price Looking forward to arranging another stay at this home again!!”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay at Afternoon Delight. The home was clean, comfortable, and nicely located in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to a small park. The yard is gated which was great for our dog. Having the kayaks available for use was wonderful. The deck overlooking the water was peaceful and relaxing and wonderful for dining outdoors and grilling. Kitchen was well stocked with basic needs (although one review stated olive oil, salt, pepper available and they are not). We were able to check in a tad early which was greatly appreciated as it was a super hot day. Host was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!”

“the place was exactly as advertised. it's in a beautiful, quiet location, it's an entire home, the neighbors were friendly and quiet, and there was a driveway for private parking. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“Great location, close to downtown Beverly. We stayed for a wedding in Salem which was also 15 minutes away. It was a nice touch having clean sponges, dish washing liquid/pods, soap and clean towels already wrapped. Only cons were that the cabinets and utensils drawers were cluttered and the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that it was a good stay.”
