“The house was great, in a nice location, and very clean. The only issues we had were 1) that the propane tanks for the grill were both empty, so I had to pay to swap one out for a full one, of which I used only a tiny fraction. 2). We could not figure out how to get the air conditioner thermostat set below 77 degrees, so it was a bit too warm at times. Otherwise this was a charming home with plenty of space for the our family of three adults, three children and one dog.”

“176 Sudbury is a nice home in the middle of a middle-income neighborhood. It slept a family of 4 comfortable. Ample amount of bathrooms. The back yard and pool were great. The kitchen was well laid out but was missing some spoons. The house was small but the owner decided they could to maximize the space by installing fixed beds tucked in corners of the room, requiring you to crawl from the back of the bed and scoot off. Over all an average value for the cape but expensive overall.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The house had enough space for 8 people comfortably and it was great to have 2 half bathrooms! The yard is nice and the house is super close to one of cape cod’s beaches and the downtown area, definitely walkable which we loved! Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed (kitchen was pretty stocked with pots/pans/etc.). One thing we didn’t realize is that if we wanted to use the grill we had to go get our own tank of gas, haven’t had to do that in other Airbnb’s so figured it was worth mentioning for other guests to keep in mind.”

“Great home! Very peaceful! We had trouble with the WiFi and the dishwasher did not work, but management was very responsive. Overall, the home needs a bit of TLC, but it suited our needs just fine.”
