“The location is right on the water in a cove. This is charming. It is an old house ( we appreciate that! ) This is where “ charm” ends. Knowingly, the management company rented us a home with no central heating system in January, on the north shore of Boston! So equipped with space heaters that tripped the breakers, no insulation under the floor or the walls it remain in the upper 50’s in the house!!!🥶 Oh, there was mouse poop in the kitchen and nails sticking through the floor boards. The management company responded with AI stock response texts and never came to the home when we asked for help.”
