Sunset Island Sales and Rentals reviews in Maryland

“It was a beautiful house and great location.. Towels and sheets provided but you do have to make your own beds upon arrival which was little brutal after a 4 hour drive at night but not end of the world.. the comforters on the beds were dirty but there was a washer/ dryer in the house so we were able to wash them which helped tremendously. Bathrooms were dirty upon arrival but host was very responsive and cleaners were out first thing the next morning to address. Pans and dishes in kitchen were also put away dirty but again not necessarily the owner would have even known this to address but we definitely ate out or got takeout often rather than cooking unfortunately because of the cleanliness. Would definitely recommend this development for location and convenience.”

“Nice new house with plenty of space about a 5-10 min walk from the ocean side, and the community also has its own beach on the bay side. Walkable to some bars and restaurants. Nice to have an en suite bathroom in all bedrooms. A great place to stay!”

“Great place with amazing views!!!! Easy to find and close to the pool and beach. We had a great weekend.”

“Location, location, location.. This place is in a prime location, just steps from the bay in the pool/clubouse/gym. Also, because it is at the front of the neighborhood, the walk to the beach is shorter. We stay in Sunset Island every year and this place was one of the best.Exceptional!”

“I would have liked the place to be cleaner. The check-in instructions, including the WiFi needs to be re-written to reflect better accuracy. I’ve never had to check-in somewhere and wash bedding and make my own beds. So after driving 6 hours to get there, that was a horrid surprise. I also hate seeing hair from the previous people. The house had a weird smell, especially the room all the way upstairs. The neighborhood is great. The house can be better with better upkeep.”
