“Location, location, location.. This place is in a prime location, just steps from the bay in the pool/clubouse/gym. Also, because it is at the front of the neighborhood, the walk to the beach is shorter. We stay in Sunset Island every year and this place was one of the best.Exceptional!”

“I would have liked the place to be cleaner. The check-in instructions, including the WiFi needs to be re-written to reflect better accuracy. I’ve never had to check-in somewhere and wash bedding and make my own beds. So after driving 6 hours to get there, that was a horrid surprise. I also hate seeing hair from the previous people. The house had a weird smell, especially the room all the way upstairs. The neighborhood is great. The house can be better with better upkeep.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Some miscommunication with bedding linens in the beginning but was easily fixed by calling into the host. Host is not very good at responding via the app so calling is necessary. Left an item behind and was ok with that but wanted to check if anything else was left after checkout and host went cold. We would stay in this location again. Close access to the pool. Although not ocean side, the walk was quick and easy even with 4 kids in tow.”

“I absolutely love this place. We will definitely be back!! however I do wish it was explained that you have to make your own beds. Totally fine! We just weren’t prepared that late in the evening… and there are no extra anything no dish soap no paper towels no garbage bags no kitchen linens so just be prepared to have to go get absolutely everything- but it’s still worth it. The place is perfect. The surroundings are beautiful. Plenty of room perfect for kids. AWESOME PLACE ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“We are in town for fishing tournaments multiple times per summer, but we do not want to sleep on the boat every night, especially if our kids are with us. We rented the townhouse for a long weekend. We have young children so the community amenities were fantastic. The house was beautiful, and the neighborhood is charming! We even ran into friends from Annapolis that were staying in the same neighborhood. We would definitely consider a stay there again!”
