“We loved this property! The house was spacious, had plenty of room for our family to gather together to visit, play games, eat, watch the World Cup, etc. The sky lights brought in so much natural light into the upstairs and the outside seating on the deck was both spacious and so relaxing. Starting and ending the days on the deck were lovely. Also, we especially loved having the beautiful outdoor pool and yard to enjoy on a beautiful summer weekend. We appreciated having the pool noodles, floaties, and the plentiful shaded sitting areas to gather next to the pool. We took advantage of having the marina restaurant just a few steps away too. We enjoyed crab and shrimp beignets on Friday evening and pizza and ice cream on Sunday. Thank you for making this property available for our family's special occasion weekend together.”

“We all really enjoyed our stay! With the extreme heat over the 4th weekend the pool was a lifesaver! Loved the large pool and big backyard for relaxing and hanging out. We enjoyed all the rafts and pool toys too! Loved being across the street from the bay and sitting on the top deck having coffee in the morning and watching fireworks in the evening. Walking to the marina restaurant to eat and enjoy the beach and beautiful sunsets was a treat! The neighborhood is peaceful for morning walks and for enjoying the 3 bikes the house has to offer. The only negative was with the extreme heat this weekend the main living area was not cooling enough so at times it was uncomfortable. Also the downstairs bedroom had quite a few bugs coming in from the outside probably from the front glass slider. Maybe screens on all the sliders would help with that. Otherwise we loved our stay!! Would definitely come back and recommend to others.”
