“A lovely house in a truly remarkable location!”

“Not only was the listing accurate, the views were spectacular (amazing sunsets) and just the sort of peaceful respite needed from work/ school. We only stayed 3 nights (leaving after work on a Tuesday), so ate dinner out. But the rental had enough utensils and cookware to make breakfasts and lunches. Our boys fished, while I read and my husband worked from the island. :-) Great place to relax and unwind with plenty nearby, including the Chesapeake environmental center, Club one fitness, along with a safeway, target and bait shops. We hope to come back and perhaps stay longer as there seemed more to explore than we had time. Perfect weather, amazingly clean rental unit and quiet location. Highly recommend!”

“This house is really wonderful, especially the view over the Chesapeake! It is beautiful, peaceful place that I wished we could have spent more time in. We loved how it was decorated, it felt spacious, and was very clean. The primary bed was comfortable, as was the living room furniture which was a great place for us and our friends to hang out. Our very favorite spots were outside by the fire pit over looking the Bay Bridge, and the "sun room" with it's comfy rocking recliners. The fenced yard was great for our small dog. The only concern we had was trying not to stub toes on the room transitions - there is either a step or high threshold on every doorway. Once we got our heads around it we were good but it might be a concern for someone who needs a truly flat, even surface. Overall an incredible place that I would definitely come back to!!”

“First and foremost. The owners are outstanding wonderfull people we have NO complaints with them. Our complaints is with the HOST. My family and I had little to no heat inside the house during the winter months we stayed there. The host wasn't to resourceful in fixing the heat. DONT book with this host.”
