“We absolutely loved our stay at Starry Night! This is our 5th house that we have stayed at and beyond the best one yet!! The home was extremely clean! The furniture was comfortable and every room was beautifully decorated! The outside furniture was also extremely nice and better than most homes we have stayed at. The yard was flat and we really enjoyed having the space to play cornhole and relax on the lounge chairs by the lake! This home has everything you need to have a fun vacation! We were there with rain and chilly weather on Memorial Day weekend and between the covered hot tub and all the fun things in the home you can’t be bored. We loved it so much we already rebooked!”

“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Communication from the host was often slow, and we had to wait long time before being able to access the gate. We also experienced issues with both grills, which were out of gas and unusable upon arrival. It took about a day for someone to come out and replace the gas, which was disappointing since we had planned to use them during our stay. Additionally, we were told that a partial refund would be provided for the inconvenience, but later we were informed that the guest first needed to purchase the gas and submit receipts before reimbursement could be processed. The process was confusing and not clearly communicated. We also felt that some of the verification requirements requested by the host were excessive and unnecessary. While the property itself was acceptable, these issues made the stay more difficult than expected.”
