“Comparable in price to other similar properties. Location is situated well within driving distance to the beach. Clean. Modernized. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the addition of the great room with fireplace. Great ambiance. The beds were very hard. The bunk room is listed as 3 twin beds, which is a bit misleading as the trundle bed is a box spring. That room has limited storage for clothes. Filters need to be changed out. Dust is about 1/4 inch thick. When checking all the windows and doors upon check-in, one window up front was unlocked. Ensure to secure the place upon checking in for safety reasons. My only real issue is the weeks and weeks of piled-up trash outside of the side of the porch. All three trash bins were overflowing and multiple trash bags spilling to each side of the trash cans. Messaged the property management company. They were responsive to the message, but no action was taken prior to my departure. My fear is the attraction of rodents and vermin.”

This home is in a quiet location only about 20 minutes to the Ocean City boardwalk and in a central location to other beaches and entertainment.”

“Just like the picture very clean nice and organize. I really enjoyed the living room with the Bayview window. I sat there the whole day and looked outside. Very quiet neighborhood about a 15 minutes from the boardwalk would recommend and stay again.”
