“Very hot upstairs, even with A/C on. decor a little outdated, and furniture well used, but overall for the price and location I would stay again. Some minor cleaning issues (dirt left in kitchen sink.. long hairs in shower)”airbnb

“I loved the location was very close to main stores/shopping at the boardwalk. Views were beautiful! Loved being so close to everything. The rooms and whole place was very clean! The only thing i didnt care for was having to wait till exactly at 4 to check in. I chose not to pay the extra fees to check in early but it was a little frustrating to take all our things upstairs and sit there at 345 waiting for exactly 4 to walk in. I knew the room wasnt rented the night before because i was asked to stay the night before as well. Just a minor con for me. Overall the place was perfect for what we were looking for!”airbnb

“Beautiful place- easy access- most part clean but could use better vacuum as we found lots of sand on the floor when we arrived and the vacuum that was there didn’t really do well. Everything else was good and would definitely stay in this condo again”airbnb

“Our Memorial Day Weekend stay was absolutely AMAZING! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, the house exceeded every expectation. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway. The location was ideal, the vibes were immaculate, and every detail made us feel right at home. 🏡✨ Our crew created memories for a lifetime here — laughter, great food, cocktails, games, and pure relaxation all weekend long! 🍹☀️🎉 The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless. If you’re looking for the perfect vacation home, THIS IS IT! We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”airbnb

“Our stay was great, response time was one of the best I have ever had. Things I would change; The home needed to be cooler! We were sweating and it didn’t matter how much you adjusted the thermostat it’s like it was being changed remotely and with all the rain we couldn’t leave the windows open. We couldn’t turn up the fans because there were no pull chains, they were removed. The college aged kids in the neighborhood were horrible. They took my parking spot, we literally were going to have them towed, they were loud and partying while kids were trying to sleep. That probably wouldn’t have mattered except we had to keep the windows open cause it was so humid. House was beautiful, neighbors not so neighborly. Close to stores and food!”airbnb

“If you’re looking for a condo walkable to the beach, you can’t beat this location! The condo is steps away from the beach entrance. The condo was easy to find, and we loved that it included parking for 2 vehicles under the building. We felt right at home here, and even though the weather was terrible, and not good for the beach, we still had a great time hanging out as a family. The condo was clean, and it was really nice that each bathroom and the kitchen included a starter kit of essentials. Zach was super responsive and made sure we had all of the necessary information before we arrived. We would absolutely love to return to OC and stay here again- hopefully with beautiful beach weather.”airbnb

“I booked this place last minute, and I can honestly say it looked exactly like the pictures. The space was spacious, beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing. It also wasn’t too far from the boardwalk, although not quite within walking distance, which wasn’t a big issue for me. I really enjoyed both the space and the surrounding area. The owners were upfront about the amenities provided; however, when I arrived, I noticed a few items listed were either unavailable or located in uncommon areas. Overall, for a 3-night stay, I had a very nice experience and truly appreciate being able to stay there. Thank you for hosting me and allowing me to be part of the experience. PS. I appreciated the kids books/games. It was a lifesaver during our stay.”airbnb

“We wanted to share some feedback from our stay. First of all I would like to say, having to pay a $75 resort fee when arriving and nothing is open is a little much. The showers had very inconsistent water temperatures, with mostly cold water and very limited hot water. The shower rod was extremely rusty and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. The master bathroom vent was very dirty, and unfortunately we had to reuse towels for three days because the washing machine smelled strongly of mildew and was unusable. The front bedroom was missing blinds, and the back patio door is extremely difficult to open. In addition, the listing photos should be updated to reflect more recent and accurate conditions of the property. We wanted to make you aware so these items can be addressed for future guests.”airbnb

“Ocean City Vacation Homes was a fantastic host. The stay was great. The home is listed for sale which is why we chose this home, since we are in the market for a beach house. The HOA staff in the community office and the guard station are wildly unprofessional and rude. Of the 7 or 8 people we interacted with, only one was decent/friendly. It’s a shame because we loved the home otherwise. Not only will we be removing the home from our list of contenders, we most certainly will not be back. There is definitely a toxic culture among the management of the community and it reflects poorly on the stay overall.”airbnb
