“Incredible location! The view was amazing! House had everything we needed. I would say the only two things were the refrigerator water was broken and the sponge they had us not remove that was on there was moldy. The rest of the place was very clean! Also the check out instructions were different at different areas/platforms so it was a bit confusing. Overall great stay!”

“The place is very nice, needed a dusting some area but livable and the communication is just OK. I received a phone call after check-in to tell me the hot tub was down with no reason! I was very upset! Would I recommend this place, yes close to everything nice peaceful area!”

“I’ve been using Airbnb for a while now. I’ve never written a negative review. Vacasa was horrible. I’m still very upset with my stay. I have messages going back and forth to them with numerous calls. When I arrived at the location I tried opening the door and I had the wrong lock code from them. I called them and spoke with about 4 different people. All of them kept putting me on hold and no one knew what the code was. I had to stay by the door and wait for them to call me back. I waited outside in the cold for an hour and a half before I could get in. I missed the speaker at the convention I came for. I have many complaints about this place but not enough room to write. They told me they would give me a partial refund and sent me $20 like an absolute joke. Honesty, I want to go to the BBB about this.”

“This place was fair at best. There were not enough cleaning supplies and basic toiletries. The apartments were not as described as far as set up. This is two separate units not one. It’s old and needs updating. Mold in the bathroom. I inquired about bedroom with bathrooms and there was no reply. There is only one bedroom with a bathroom attached. The location was fantastic. The space was good and holds a bunch of people. The amount of beds in the rooms was excessive and the room set up was odd. Not enough outsets. The windows feel in as a results of the wind. The blinds don’t work or fit the window. The doors don’t stay closed while sleeping. The parking set up is not good if you have a large vehicle or four cars.”

“The cleanliness needs improvement. There was smelly trash left behind, which we had to move out of the garage due to the odor. Several bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and one bedroom pillowcase even had a fake eyelash on it. More time and attention should be given to cleaning between guests. However, the location was nice.”
