“Not a good experience .The TV in the master bed does not work. I spent about 2 hours trying to figure how to get the pictures on. I gave up and called the non- emergency number. The manager (Cindy) picked up. She was aware TV was not working and expected the TV to have been removed from the TV. She could not provide any update on when it could repaired or replaced. Future renters: please be aware of this store in case you get it from Cindy (post 5/26/26) There were other emergencies to attend to she said. Not sympathetic, but rude. Very rude and in my opinion, crude to say the least. I can’t stay here or any of place offered by the renters.”

“Loved the Airbnb, especially the spacious layout and how close it was to the beach. It would have been a five-star stay if a few small things were fixed. I’d definitely come back if those changes are made.”

“We had a great time at this Airbnb. The location was great and the place was clean. I wish they could have more of the basic things like paper towels to the kitchen, hand soap to the bathrooms, better bath towels (extremely thin and small). Overall the experience was great and the space served us well. I would stay again. Thanks!”
