“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in North Beach. We rented the first level, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach and boardwalk area as well as the coffee shop and restaurants. We had trouble with the noise level when the upstairs guests moved in. The house does not seem to be sound proofed at all, and we could hear every step above us. We could also hear what was being said in conversations. The guests above us were loud and stayed up late, so I got in touch with Eric. Eric and his team were very responsive and sent a text then a phone call. I felt supported, but it did not solve the problem. The people above us continued to be loud. We checked out the next day, and Eric gave us a partial refund. We will definitely consider booking with Eric again, just not at this location due to the lack of soundproofing between floors.”

“Eric was friendly, great location walked to the water, restaurants, and Sunrise garden! Home had lots of nice little features like big TV, espresso machine, but the neighbors were loud and floor very uneven and loud.”

“Eric's place was just what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, lots of beds, a beautiful location. We slept on a super comfortable bed upstairs in a beautiful loft. His communication with us was excellent and very attentive. I highly recommend staying in this place if you're planning to visit North Beach and the surrounding areas. The beach is 3 or 4 blocks east. Beautiful town!”
